made a new maps


when anyone got warn show him the rules not slap him

And Delate /car please

and delate the run we like grandma when we run

1. The player when get warned just shows him the dialog of warn, and he never get slapped. But, ok.

2. Needed because of /si & we made only humans who can use it. And it costs 25k XP

3. Since everyone reported this, we'll change the walking style

Dont make /car in map when player tele to /si he write /car for free only in /si but remove it when we play in map
